John Cena's Divorce?
John Cena was probably lookign to get through his Divorce proceeding without any Drama but seems thought his "Wife" Elizabeth has being making it hard for him to do so. According to TMZ The Gossip website reports that John's wife has filed documents to get the divorce papers thrown out because it was riddled with errors.
According to Elizabeth, John inaccurately refers to her by her maiden name (Huberdeau) Instead of her Legal name (Cena), As a result Elizabeth said that John failed to bring a proper dissolution of marrige actions; against her.
Elizabeth also claims John fail to attach the prenup and references in his initial divorce filing, A copy of which MUST be attaches in order for the filing to be valid.
Elizabeth also takes issues with John's claim but that's no marital property, Elizabeth insists there is and she wants her share.
Nobody know what has being going on behnd the scenes, But Im sure most people are wondering what is going to happen with him with all the trouble with the divorce, Are they going to keep him on the road as much? Will he be still on TV Every week? Questions nobody can answer yet, TMZ had recently reported that John had being miserable over his marrige for months.
Lets just hope that the latest developements make things easy for John but adding a lot of traveling and performing on top of what he is already going through might be a bit much for him to handle...
